You won’t believe how simple it is, easy to prepare and insanely delicious:
Vegan kebab
BEEFREE bag
A bunch of finely chopped parsley
Mix and add a cup and a half of water
Mix and add a third of a cup of oil
add to the mixture:
Ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic crystals
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cumin
to stir
Grill kebabs on a chopstick or on a cinnamon stick.
Fry on a griddle or grill on a barbecue
Serve with tahini or chimichurri
