Mix with 1 and a half cups of water

Add a third of a cup of oil

mix again.

Make small meatballs and fry them on medium heat on all sides until lightly browned.

Chop one onion

Squeeze a cup of lemon juice from 5-6 lemons

Take the meatballs out of the pan and pour the onion into it.

Fry on medium heat until it starts to brown.

Add half a teaspoon of sumac and half a teaspoon of salt to it. Mix and add the glass of lemon juice. Stir over heat for 2 minutes.

Put the meatballs inside, sprinkle a handful of chopped parsley on top and serve
