For the sauce:

Whole orange juice

Juice from a whole lemon

A teaspoon of grainy mustard

A spoonful of honey

Salt and pepper

For crust:

Half a cup of ground pistachios


Heat the oven to 190 degrees

In a bowl convenient for mixing, put the entire contents of the bag of fish substitute

Add water and mix until the mixture is completely uniform.

Add the oil and mix again until the right texture (as in the video).

Using your hands, form fillet shapes and place in a pan that is suitable for baking in the oven.

In a separate bowl, mix all the ingredients of the sauce and mix well

Pour the sauce into the pan and put in the oven for half an hour.

It is recommended to serve on rice
