“Chicken” balls in vegetable sauce

Balls like chicken in sauce – • A.L.I. VEGETable🍀❤️👌

👨 🍳For balls:

Empty one bag of the FISHFREE/BEEFFREE into a bowl

+ 370 ml (1+2/3 cup) cold water – mix.

1 small onion, chopped

3 crushed garlic cloves,

a little salt,

ground black pepper,

A spoonful of soy sauce.

– Add the spices to the thick paste and mix well.

👨 🍳For the sauce:

Large diced onion – fry in 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil

3 crushed garlic cloves.

1 red Gamba pepper

2 green onions – chop.

Salt and ground black pepper.



You can add some mushrooms. I added shiitake.

—> add and continue frying until the onion is transparent/golden.

2 stalks of celery – chop and add.

1 liter of boiling water – add, cover, boil and throw in ping pong sized balls of the pulp.

Cover, lower the flame and cook for about 30-45 minutes.
